Herewith my recipe to share with all. Actually I'm using the same recipe that I made my lasagna here.

500g Penne - boil until ala dente
Parmesan Cheese
Cheese slices
TOMATO SAUCE:
4-5 cloves Garlic - chopped
1 Big Onion - chopped
1 big can Tomato Puree
1 small can Button Musroom - sliced
1 bunch frozen Spinach (I actually bought the fresh imported spinach & froze it)
Herbs - Oregano, Basil, Parsley, Mixed
1 tsp Black Pepper
Salt & Sugar
1. Heat up few tbsp olive oil & saute garlic & onion until fragrant.
2. Add in the rest of ingredients & some water. Let it boil.
BECHAMEL SAUCE:
45g Butter
380ml Warm Milk
3 tbsp Flour
Salt & Pepper
1.Melt butter, add in flour & stir until well mixed.
2. Add in milk gradually while stirring until smooth.
3. Season with s&p.
To Assemble:
1. Mix penne with tomato sauce & pour into greased casserole.
2. Spread bechamel sauce on top.
3. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese & arrange cheese slices.
4. Bake for 20 minutes at 190C until slightly browned on the surface.

Along selalu buat ni atas permintaan anak2 tapi selalu jer tak berpeluang masuk n3 sebab bebudak selalu nya tak sabar nak makan. Kali ni buat untuk jamu kawan2 mereka sarapan yg datang bermalam. Sempat lah nak posing kali ni sebab they all tu bangun lewat.
Resepi ni sebenar nya resepi yg sama kat sini tapi Aong tukar lasagna dgn penne.

SOS TOMATO:
4-5 ulas Bwg Putih - cincang
1 bj Bwg Besar - cincang
1 tin besar Tomato Puri
1 tin kecil Cendawan Butang - hiris
1 ikat Bayam Beku (boleh guna bayam import yg segar)

1. Panaskan beberapa sudu olive oil & goreng bwg putih & besar sehingga wangi.
2. Masukkan kesemua bahan2 lain & sedikit air.
Masak sehingga menggelegak.

1. Panaskan butter & masukkan tepung; kacau sebati.
2. Masukkan susu perlahan2 & kacau sehingga rata & tidak bergentel.
3. Perisakan dgn garam & lada.

SUSUNAN:
1. Campurkan penne dgn sos tomato & tuangkan ke dlm bekas yg di gris.
2. Ratakan sos putih di atas nya.
3. Taburkan parmesan cheese & kepingan cheese.
4. Bakar 20 minutes @190C sehingga permukaan nya keperangan.2. Ratakan sos putih di atas nya.
