Ayam Dendeng

 Home Sweet Home.... so good to be home after been away for four days - I missed home-cooked food so much! Four days been fed by hotel and restaurant food pumping up my weight by 1 kg in such a short period! Worst is my hubby and children who were left behind and they too ate take-away food everyday in the last four days.... To make it up, I cooked this delicious chicken dish for dinner. It was served with white rice along Vegetable Dalcha.

Assalamualaikum kawan2 & para pembaca yang di rindui. Lama nya blog ni berdiam diri sebab tuan rumah gi outstation 4 hari. Hari2 makan kat hotel dan restoren kat KL memang lah sedap tapi alamak hai kejap jer dah naik sekilo.... nak turun balik bukan senang. Nanti kita exercise turun naik tangga sambil dukung Liana, harap2 turun ler semula....hehe. Apa2 pun masak sendiri gak yang sedap. Kesian anak2 yg di tinggalkan, jadi harini Along masakkan lah lauk ayam ni. Tersangat lah sedap nya sbb terasa wangi dan rangup bawang goreng.

Terima-kasih ya Ita sudi kongsi resepi nya. Maaflah Along ubah-suai resepi nya sedikit-sebanyak.

BAHAN2:
½ ekor Ayam - potong 4 
1 st Serbuk Kunyit
8-10 ulas Bwg Merah - hiris nipis & goreng rangup 
Rempah Tumis (kulit kayu manis, pelaga, bg lawang, cengkih) 
5-6 tangkai Cili Kering* - goreng sebentar 
10 ulas Bwg Merah atau 1 bj Bwg Besar*
2" Halia*
2 ulas Bwg Putih* (* blend)
1 sb Gula Melaka
1 sb Air Asam
1 sb Kicap Manis
Garam

CARA2:
1. Lumur ayam dgn garam & serbuk kunyit sehingga rata.
Goreng separuh masak.
2. Panaskan minyak & tumis Rempah Tumis dan bhn2 blend* sehingga wangi.
Masukkan air asam, garam, gula, kicap manis.
Masak sehingga pekat dan masukkan ayam.
Masak sehingga ayam masak sepenuh nya & kuah kering.
Gaulkan bawang goreng & hidangkan.
