Red Beans with Soy Milk (Bubur Soya Kacang Merah)

 I purposely boiled the whole packet of red beans to prepare for the bingka yesterday..... My hubby suggested for soy milk instead of the usual coconut milk for the above dessert. If you are conscious about diet and calories count, this is the way to go.... but for me I prefer coconut milk and diet is always second important....hehe. My hubby still argued that soy milk tastes good to him.... so be it.

INGREDIENTS:
Boiled Red Beans
Packet Soy Milk
Sugar Syrup (boiled sugar & water and then cool before use) 

METHOD:
1. Scoop red beans into a bowl.
2. Pour soy milk & sugar syrup to taste.
You can also skip the sugar syrup completely if you like.
3. Enjoy!

BAHASA MALAYSIA VERSION
Kalau teringin nak makan dessert tapi nak diet.... bubur ni memang sesuai....! Kacang merah ni lebihan dari kuih bingka kelmarin dan hubby Along yang cadangkan... katanya dia nak makan bubur kacang merah tapi dgn air soya.... ok lah, kita ikut jer lah... kalau ikut selera Along nak makan dgn santan yg kaw2 baru best....hehehe. Kata hubby Along sedap lagi makan dgn air soya dari santan.... ok lah, apa2 jer...

BAHAN2:
Kacang Merah - yg telah di rebus
Air Soya Kotak
Air Gula (masak gula & air - sejukkan sebelum di guna)

CARA2:
1. Sendukkan kacang merah ke dalam mangkuk.
2. Hidangkan dgn air soya & gula secukup rasa.
Kalau suka, boleh elakkan air gula dan memadai dgn air soya.
