I woke up early in the morning to prepare my own homemade noodles. Recipe was posted earlier here. The curry gravy is my own recipe, slightly modified from the first Curry Mee that I posted earlier.

Serve 5 persons
INGREDIENTS:
1 Big Onion*
4 cloves Garlic*
1/2" Ginger* (* blended)
Mixed Spices (Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamon & Star Anise)
2 tbsp Chili Paste
2 tbsp Curry Powder
1/2 Chicken - cut
1/2 can Evaporated Milk
1/2 pot Water
2 Potatoes - boiled & mashed
1 Maggee Chicken Cube
Fish Cakes/Balls
1 Beancurd
Salt
1 kg Fresh Yellow Noodles**
Bean Sprouts** (** blanched)
Garnishes - Lime, Chilies, fried onion
METHOD:
1. Heat some oil & stir fry mixed spices & chili paste until fragrant.
Add in curry powder & blended ingredients and for a while until fragrant.
Add in chicken & stir until well mixed.
Add in evaporated milk, mashed potato, water & chicken cube and stir until boiling.
Add in fish cake/balls and bean curd.
Add salt to taste.
2. Serve noodles with curry gravy, topped with bean sprout & garnishes.

Mee Kari
Along buat mee kuning sendiri, resepi ada kat sini. Kuah ni simple je nak buat & kesukaan semua orang kat rumah ni.

BAHAN2:
1 bj Bwg Besar*
4 ulas Bwg Putih*
1/2" Halia* (* blend)
Rempah Tumis (Kulit Kayu, Pelaga, Bg Lwg, Cengkih)
2 sb Cili Mesin
2 sb Serbuk Kari
1/2 ekor AYam - potong
1/2 tin Susu Cair Evaporate
1 bj Bwg Besar*
4 ulas Bwg Putih*
1/2" Halia* (* blend)
Rempah Tumis (Kulit Kayu, Pelaga, Bg Lwg, Cengkih)
2 sb Cili Mesin
2 sb Serbuk Kari

Bhn Tabur - Limau, Cili & Bwg Goreng
CARA2:
1. Panaskan minyak & tumis rempah & cili mesin sehingga wangi.
Masukkan kari, bhn blend & kacau lagi sehingga wangi.
Masukkan ayam & masak sehingga sebati.
Masukkan susu, kentang lecek, air, kiub ayam & kacau sehingga mendidih.
Masukkan fish cake/balls, tahu & garam.
CARA2:
1. Panaskan minyak & tumis rempah & cili mesin sehingga wangi.
Masukkan kari, bhn blend & kacau lagi sehingga wangi.
Masukkan ayam & masak sehingga sebati.
Masukkan susu, kentang lecek, air, kiub ayam & kacau sehingga mendidih.

2. Hidangkan mee dgn kuah, taugeh & bhn tabur.
