Another creation to toy with my new pie maker.... using the same chicken filling that I posted yesterday but turning into quiche instead.....

INGREDIENTS:
1 portion Chicken Filling from here
1 Egg
Frozen Roti Canai Pastry
METHOD:
1. Cut roti canai pastry using the pie maker cutter & place it in the pie maker.
2. While waiting for the pastry to puff up a bit, mix chicken filling with beaten egg.
3. Spoon filling into pastry & cover the pie maker until cooked.

Main-main dgn toy baru sementara mood masih hangat.... Along guna filling ayam dari resepi kelmarin tapi kali ni Along guna roti canai segera untuk kulit nya dan buat inti ala quiche pula....

1 bj Telur
Frozen Roti Canai Pastry
BAHAN2:
1. Potong pastri roti canai dgn pemotong bulat & letak ke dlm pie maker.
2. Sementara menunggu pastri mengembang, campur inti ayam dgn telur yg di pukul sedikit.
3. Sudukan inti ke dalam pastri tadi & tutup pie maker sehingga masak sepenuh nya.
